Pan Asian Core Coverage. Our 24 strong sector analyst team working in our Tokyo and Hong Kong offices and in the SG office in Mumbai is distinguished by high levels of relevant experience (average ten years plus), and for their commitment to independent and thorough analysis. Our core coverage of 150 stocks on a Pan Asian sectoral basis, is supplemented by a small and mid cap team focusing on 75 recommendations on smaller but liquid stocks in Japan, Greater China and Korea. These stock ideas are often drawn from the 600 small cap visits made by our well regarded SC NET team. We see a regular visit cycle to companies - small and large - as a vital determinant of our ability to come up with interesting stock ideas. Our core product comprises high quality and in depth reports (20+ pages) designed to provide a detailed and fully comprehensive look at a company and its prospects within a Pan Asian context. We try to differentiate our product by avoiding the 'flash note' format which shadows the company results calendar.

Japanese macro research. Our economist has lived in Japan for over 25 years and we provide unconventional macro research focused on understanding the policy drivers within the Japanese bureaucratic structure. We set these policy drivers against the prevailing macro climate, and discuss the likelihood for success and the possible implications for stock market investors. Our G5 series of notes looks at the challenges facing the global economy, with a Japan perspective on deflation, public debt & economic specialisation. This product is integrated into the Asian macro resource of Societe Generale.

Pan Asian equity sales. Our sales teams are based in London, Tokyo, New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong. Their remit is to understand our institutional clients’ differing investment processes, and to help them derive value from the products we offer. Enthusiasm needs to be tempered with experience, and our emphasis is on high value added in the sales conversation. Our sales partners and our research partners are paid from the same revenue pool. We believe clients benefit from our team based approach.

Corporate Access. Ji ASIA  has a highly regarded company visit and translation service available for overseas clients visiting the region. The Corporate Access team is based in Tokyo and Hong Kong. We also arrange conferences, conference calls and round tables. We will bring management directly to your office.

Pan Asian SC NET. Ji ASIA offers one of Asia's most comprehensive looks at the Pan Asian supply chain. Our non coverage universe of 150 companies is supported by unrated update research on a six monthly visit cycle. This well regarded product comprises nearly 600 visits per annum with comprehensive long run margin and valuation analysis. The product expanded to Korea in late 2013, and has recently opened in India. Our budget allows for over 600 visits for 2015, expanding to 750 visits in 2016.
